Our residential homes based in Worthing, Littlehampton and Eastbourne
each provides 24 hour support to individuals with learning disabilities and
additional complex needs.
The homes are registered witht the Care Quality Commission and therefore
receive regular monitoring and inspection.
Each home provides a supportive and functional environment to the service
users that live there. The properties are maintained to a high standard and
have a regular programme of maintenance in place. Individuals are
encouraged to personalise the home and their bedrooms and to take an
active part in the life of the home.
Each service user has a person-centred package of support in place which
promotes their independence and encourages participation in a variety of
educational, leisure and therapeutic activities based on their abilities,
interests and needs. Each home has a registered Manager and a team of staff
which receive on-going training and support. We provide NVQ training to
all staff at levels 2,3 and 4 as well as specialist in-house training. Staffing
numbers for each home are determined on each Service User s assessed
needs; some individuals receive 1:1 or 2:1 staffing support.
